A Civic Engagement Program of the Alpha LIGHT Administration
The Florida Youth Intensive Leadership Summit (FYILS) is a transformative leadership experience led by the Florida Federation of Alpha Chapters (FFAC) through its Alpha LIGHT Administration. As a core youth engagement initiative, FYILS is committed to empowering the next generation of high-achieving, socially conscious, and forward-thinking young Black men.
