The Florida Leadership Development Institute (FLDI), formerly known as Alpha University, is a premier leadership training and development initiative of the Florida Federation of Alpha Chapters (FFAC) under the Alpha LIGHT Administration. Grounded in the fraternity’s commitment to leadership development, education, and service, FLDI serves as a structured learning platform designed to equip Alpha men across Florida with the tools, knowledge, and insights required to serve their chapters and communities with excellence.
How Does FLDI Work?
FLDI is a multi-phase, annual training series designed to strengthen leadership competencies, enhance operational efficiency, and foster fraternal engagement. With sessions crafted for both collegiate and alumni brothers, the training modules offers targeted topics aligned with specific officer roles, committee responsibilities, and fraternal functions. Training is delivered throughout the year virtually and in person.
