Alpha Day on the Hill is a cornerstone advocacy initiative of the Florida Federation of Alpha Chapters (FFAC) under the Alpha LIGHT Administration, focused on mobilizing Alpha Brothers from across the state to engage directly with Florida’s legislative process. Rooted in our fraternity’s commitment to civic leadership and social justice, this annual program empowers Brothers to advocate for policies and initiatives aligned with Alpha Phi Alpha’s mission to uplift communities and protect the rights of those we serve.
About Alpha Day on the Hill
Each year, Alpha Men from all corners of our District convene in Tallahassee for a day of legislative engagement, policy briefings, and strategic action. This is our opportunity to show up in solidarity, speak truth to power, and ensure our voices are heard on the issues that matter most to our communities.
Brothers meet directly with lawmakers, participate in policy discussions, and attend a welcome reception that sets the tone for meaningful dialogue and purposeful collaboration.
